Really is it that good? I noticed that its one of the few remakes that is different in several ways to the original, most remakes are shot for shot.

I really liked it the original was great but i also like the remake a lot i think the unrated version was the best it showed a lot more in it

you shouldn't be disappointed as long as you are not expecting to see the original film redone

This was one of the better remakes but I was still a little diaspointed, the whole town aspect from the end of it just strikes me as a different movie and not what I think of when I think of a Hills movie.
