Oh boy, yet another shot for shot remake, now this is what a remake should not be. I don't see the point in remaking the same exact film over again, why, why, why. Not only that but they removed the aspect which made the original film unique, for in this remake there is no doubt that Damien is the anti-Christ. The original film was brilliant in that it let you make up your own mind, though I guess that makes the remake at least a little different, but at the same time it takes too much away from the film. In the end the remake reduces the film to just another horror movie.
